Goods Damaged In Transit or Faulty Goods – For any orders that have been damaged in transit or arrived damaged please ensure you notify us within 48 hours of delivery

When you receive your order, please ensure that you thoroughly check it and if there are any problems please notify us as soon as possible and within 48 hours by email at zhardy84@yahoo.co.uk.

In order for us to rectify any problem, we will request that you send photographs in the first instance and we may arrange to collect your consignment so that it can undergo quality control investigations. Please do not distribute any part of your order if you find an issue with it.

Once we have received your order back and it has been quality-checked, if a problem is identified we will arrange either a replacement item or refund equivalent to the value of the faulty part of the order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Out Of Stock Items – if for any reason we cannot send an item you have ordered due to damages or being oversold due to website issues we will first try to substitute for a similar item , we will try and give you a similar colour but sometime you may be sent a different colour , if we do not have any similar products then we will issue a refund onto the payment method you originally paid with,
